Q: Can the device be connected to an external mic or speaker? A: Yes, it supports connection to external devices. To ensure the optimal performance, we recommend connecting a USB Hands-Free Speakerphone, which combines both a microphone and speaker. Using only a separate microphone or speaker may cause echo problems.  The external device should support a 48kHz dual-channel (stereo) sampling rate. We have tested the Hamedal A21S and the Lenovo MC600/MC500, both of which are compatible with our devices. Please connect the USB Speakerphone to the USB A port on the conferencing device.
