Q: What should I do if my computer does not recognize the device?A:1. Make sure the green light is steady on.2. Check that the cables corresponding to the two USB ports are inserted correctly.3. Ensure that the firmware is updated to the latest version (you need to connect the device to the display for detection).4. Check if the Kandao Meeting device appears in the Device Manager.5.
