Q:Why do monitors or lights in the video flicker? How to avoid this kind of situation?A:The flickering of ordinary lights/monitors is not visible to the naked eye but they do flicker rapidly. When the camera's frame rate exceeds the flicker frequency of the lights/monitors, it sometimes captures one frame as dark and another as bright, making the lights/monitors appear to flicker.It is recommended to turn off the HDR function in evenly lit meeting rooms and to turn it on in high-contrast scenes (such as meeting rooms with large windows and ample natural light). Q:Can the resolution be switched during recording?A:No, it cannot. It is recommended to select either 4K or 1080p resolution before starting the recording.

Q:Will the system remember the user-set parameters?A:Yes, it will. The system will remember the parameters set by the user in Standalone mode or USB mode, including smart mode, lock mode, 360° panoramic, shielded area, and video settings, and apply them to all meetings.
